Terms of Service

By uploading a log or using any part of Logvera, you agree to these terms. They are written to be read, not skimmed past.

1. The Service

Logvera analyses plain-text log files and live log streams, and produces charts, statistics, machine-learning findings, security findings, AI-written summaries and a downloadable report. It is provided free of charge, without accounts.

2. Your Content

You keep all rights to the logs you upload. You give us permission to process them only to provide the analysis you asked for.

You confirm that you have the right to upload each file, and that doing so does not breach any law, contract or confidentiality obligation. Remove or mask data you are not permitted to share before uploading.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Upload malware, illegal content, or data you obtained without authorisation.
  • Attempt to access analyses that are not yours, or to bypass encryption or access keys.
  • Overload the service, get around rate limits, or automate uploads at scale without permission.
  • Use the AI features to generate harmful content or to attack the systems described in a log.

4. Limits

  • Files must end in .log, be plain text and be no larger than 100 MB.
  • Uploads, AI questions and live sessions are rate limited to keep the service available for everyone.
  • Analyses are deleted one hour after upload. Download the PDF report if you need to keep the results.

5. Availability

We aim to keep the service running but don't guarantee it will always be available, error-free or that AI features will respond. Third-party AI providers may be slow or unavailable, in which case summaries fall back to rule-based text.

6. No Warranty

The service and all results are provided “as is”. Findings are generated automatically and may be incomplete or wrong. Read the Disclaimer before relying on any result.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, data loss, or decisions made on the basis of the analysis. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to use the service, which is zero.
